Ethics

I think that photojournalist ethics should be absolute. I think this because then there is no fuzzy line. Just like in the regular world there will be a right and wrong in photojournalism. It might not be fair to everyone but at least then you know what you can and cannot do. There are laws that people abide by everyday and they might not always think that it's fair, but whats said is said and eventually people will learn how to live by it.

Unethical Photos

I thought that this photo was unethical beacuse this was a serious time for people. And if you fake it it may seem as if some took it as a joke.


I think that this photo is ok because everything in the photo was really there. it was jus moved.

Photo Experience

1. What challenges did you encounter while trying to get close, capture real moments, and capture action or emotion? How did you deal with these?
**I was scared because I didnt want to get in the way of what they were doing and when poeple saw the camera they wanted to pose so then i just walked away.

2. What technical aspects of photography (focus, exposure, composition) did you find yourself thinking about the most, and how did you make sure you did these correctly?
**I thought about composition and focus the most because thats what im the worst with.

3. Describe how you attempted to use at least one of the advanced composition techniques when you shot.
**I tried to use simplicity and also avoiding.

This photo was shot with a 15mm fisheye camera. The shutter speed was 1/1600 REALLY REALLY FAST!!! He shot at this speed because the cars move so fast and he got to catch the car as if it was not moving.The aperature is 2.8.

I like the because the frame is filled and there is not alot of dead space. And it is very candid and caught a good peak of action.





This picture filled the frame but the is alot of dead space. And there is not to much action in the picture.
