Action

Zone Focusing is when you focus on a point that can be near what you want to shoot, and wait for a shot to come to you instead of going to it.

For shutter speed you should use a higher shutter speed higher than 200 to freeze action, and a lower to capture action.

Panning is when you follow whatever you are shooting to get like a nice blur effect.

Waiting for the pause is when you wait for the action to make its own pause and shoot it.

Sport

I want to shoot the track team. I dont know what date I will shoot because the dates werent up on the site.I can get some safety shots of them preparing to run, streching, and things where they are still. A good money shot would be some one running through the finish line or jumping the hurdles.
